  • Orders are posted using Evri parcel delivery or Royal Mail.

    There is no charge for postage.

    You are also welcome to collect your order from our location in Alfriston, East Sussex. Please choose this option at the checkout if you wish to collect.

  • We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, standard delivery using Evri parcel delivery or Royal Mail.

    You should receive your order within 2-5 days after dispatch.

    Please allow 7 days before contacting us if your parcel has not arrived in the expected time.

  • Although we are sure you will love it, we do understand that skincare is personal and not everything suits everyone. For this reason, we offer sample sizes, you can add to an order or order on their own, so that you can try products before you go ahead with a full size.

  • No, there is absolutely no processing done to our honey.

    We coarse filter it so ensure quality and it will arrive in exactly the same quality as it left the hive.

  • The perfectionism of the cosmetic industry has people used to feeling and seeing beauty products in a certain way, uniform, strong scent, a very long shelf life but that often means the addition of stabilisers, synthetic chemicals, alcohol and petrochemical derived emollients.

    Natural skincare is different. It’s not ‘standardised’ therefore it can vary in colour, texture and consistency a little. The omission of stabilisers in natural products made with oils, butters and waxes means they soften in the heat which allows molecules of varying sizes to join together again. If this happens, it can result in a slightly grainy feel when applying your product. This in no way affects the quality or effectiveness and is an indication of a pure product. Any little grains will melt on contact.

    Beeswax, plant oils and butters will natrally become softer in warm temperatures and more solid in cooler temperatures.
